Design Notes

The SPARC/OD sequence was optimized for fusion with EGFP to maintain collagen-binding activity without disrupting EGFP fluorescence, providing insight into the impact of SPARC as a release tag for cell factors.

Source

The SPARC domain is derived from the human SPARC gene. EGFP is sourced from BBa_K1911005, a widely used fluorescence marker.
